Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club & the Victorian International Optimist Dinghy Association (VIODA) warmly invites all junior sailors to join us for a fantastic weekend of fun and sailing on the beautiful waters of Port Phillip Bay. We encourage all clubs to bring their Optimist fleet dressed in their club colours and showcase their fleet.
Traditionally held on the March long weekend, the Victorian Optimist State Championships is the pinnicle event for the Optimist fleet. This event caters for all skill levels from Green Fleeters through to top level junior sailors from Victoria and Australia.
