The 2023 Victorian Optimist State Championships Regatta will be hosted by the Mornington Yacht Club on 11-13 March 2023, on the waters of Port Phillip Bay adjacent to Mornington Yacht Club. This event is going to be huge! Our on and off water crews will again combine to create another memorable regatta for you.
