9.00am - Arrival, Unload your boats

9.45am - Rigged and Ready, Welcome by Santa

10.00am - Launch

12.30pm - Back for lunch, Bring A Plate, Share a Platter and Christmas games

1.00pm - Launch

4.00pm - Return, Pack Up, Hot Chocolate and Marshmellows and Yummies!

9.30 am - Rigged and Ready

Decorate your boat / yourself and win the Best Dressed Boat and Sailor Prize

10.00am - Launch

12.30pm - BBQ Sausage Sizzle, Christmas Gifts Exchange*

1.00pm - Launch

4.00pm - Return, Pack Up, Team photo with Santa and Snowman
