Congratulations to all our transitioned Optimist sailors on their fantastic results over the March Long weekend in their new classes.
420 VICTORIAN STATES:
2nd place: Jack Ferguson & Ryan Littlechild (NSW)
3rd place: James Jackson & Chris Jackson
4th place: Linus Talacko & Lachie Grogan
(NOTE: 7 out of the top 10 boats have transitioned from the Optimist in the past 12-18 months)
29er VICTORIAN STATES:
1st place: Steven & Michael Case
International Cadet VICTORIAN STATES:
2nd place - Thomas Johnston
The fundamental sailing skills acquired in the Optimist class is translating into great success. Most of the below sailors have only transitioned into their new classes over the past 6-8 weeks.
