Victoria wins 2024 Optimist Teams Racing Championship

Victoria has won the 2024 Optimist Teams Racing Championship at the Nationals at Brighton and Seacliff Yacht Club in Adelaide. Sailors Augustus, Callum, Leigh and Lottie with coach Jack Lewis were victorious against 15 other teams from all around Australia in a double elimination format. This is the third time in a row that Victoria has won this event (in 2020, 2023 and now 2024, with gaps in 2021 and 2022 due to COVID-19). Victoria entered 3 teams - well done to all Victorian competitors. Go Team Vic!!!
