The Victorian Opti State Championships concluded triumphantly on the beautiful waters  off Sandringham Yacht Club last weekend, attracting competitive young sailors from interstate to vie for the prestigious Open Championship title. We are thrilled to announce that our very own Victorian, Augustas Buividas, emerged as the overall Open Championship champion and also securing the coveted 1st Victorian boy position on the podium. Additionally, biggest congratulations to our very own Lottie Griffith for clinching the 1st Victorian Girl title.

The atmosphere was electric as we witnessed big smiles radiating across all fleets during the trophy presentation ceremony. It was truly a moment of celebration as we bestowed trophies, certificates, and gifts upon the deserving winners. 

We extend our congratulations to all the remarkable sailors from Green, Intermediate and Open fleet who had participated in the regatta. Your dedication, skill, and sportsmanship have undoubtedly contributed to the success of this event.
